The fourth edition of the César Manrique Trophy in the Optimist Class, a qualifying test of the Canary Ranking that will give places for participation in upcoming events nationwide.
The number of sailors does not drop below one hundred, these being representatives of the different Canarian clubs and Swedish representatives and participation of the Nordic team.
